I am currently

help with disability advice or just chat to keep you company. What ever you need

Simply type
something in box. If you have ever used MSN, Yahoo or AIM then I'm sure you will
be familiar with the process. Of course depending on my online status,
which is displayed at the top of the chat box, you could get an answer straight
away or you might have to wait a minute or two, even I don't spend every moment
of the day at my desk.
