A premium listing is offered on the site to profit making companies who would like to be included in the directory. If you are not for profit organisation such as a charity, voluntary organisation or individual who provides a service to people with a disability, your listing is free and can be added to our database either by adding the details yourself through the 'Add Charity URL' link on the directory or by using the form on the admin page (in which case we will manage your listing for you). If you wish to have a listing and you are part of a profit making company but just can't cope with computers, or you prefer not to manage your listing yourself please email editor@uhad2bthere.co.uk and we will do our best to meet your particular requirements.

The standard rate for Premium listings is £120 per year.* (see below for 90 day trial) All listings run for 365 days from the time your payment and has cleared and your listing has been approved for inclusion in the directory.  This means that your year starts on the day your listing actually appears on the directory and not necessarily the day you filled in the form as it may take a few days for your payment to clear or you might wish to modify your listing before it goes live.

In general, once payment has been cleared your listing should appear within 48 hrs, however, if something unforeseen occurs, this is not guaranteed.

*It is important to note that your inclusion on the directory is on a per listing basis.  Should you feel you need more than one listing to enable you to highlight an individual service or product, then depending on your requirements, a discount may be offered for a second or third listing.  Please get in touch to discuss this further.

You can apply for a 90 day trial listing only if the listed website has not been on uhad2bthere previously, either as a freebie or premium URL.  You may make multiple applications for each website to be listed, however you understand that the 90 day trial can only be offered once per URL and is entirely at the discretion of uhad2bthere.

If at the end of the 90 trial you wish to continue your listing in the directory you may do so only by purchasing an annual subscription, detailed above, which will then run consecutively for 365 days from the end of your 90 trial

A 90 day trial is still subject to the same conditions as a 365 day listing. See Some More Information

If for whatever reason you decided to withdraw from the directory within 28 days of making an application to join you may do so, then your payment will be refunded to you, less £10 for administration fees. If you feel that your withdrawal is a result of an error on the part of uhad2bthere then you may contact us stating the problem and we may offer you a complete refund.

If you decide that you want your listing removed after the 28 days, it may be possible to offer a proportional refund, but this is entirely at our discretion.

Inclusion in the directory is entirely at the discretion of the site and its owners.  If you have applied to be included in the directory and your request has been rejected you will normally receive an explanation from a human being to tell you the reason.  In some cases you may be offered suggestions about how you may modify your wording to make your application acceptable. 

If you have paid for a premium listing and it is rejected and you do not wish to modify your wording or you are just not given the opportunity, your payment will be returned to you in full within 28 days.

If your product or service is judged to provide a poor service to people with a disability, even after your inclusion on the directory, uhad2bthere reserves the right to either not include your listing or remove your listing from the directory.  If following inclusion your listing is removed within 28 days of your application, then any payment you have made will be refunded to you, less a £10 administration fee.

Uhad2bthere can accept no liability for circumstances considered to be outside of its reasonable control. And you understand and agree that in requesting that you be included in the directory you are bound by these terms and conditions, both in fact and in the spirit of this agreement and inclusion policy.

VAT on payments.  At the moment we are unable to provide invoices or payment options with separate VAT amounts, we apologise for this.  We are currently looking in to the whole question of VAT ...
