If for whatever reason you decided to withdraw
from the directory within 28 days of making an application to join
you may do so, then your payment will be refunded to you, less £10
for administration fees. If you feel that your withdrawal is a
result of an error on the part of uhad2bthere then you may contact
us stating the problem and we may offer you a complete refund. If you decide that you want your listing
removed after the 28 days, it may be possible to offer a
proportional refund, but this is entirely at our discretion.
Inclusion in the directory is entirely at the
discretion of the site and its owners. If you have applied to
be included in the directory and your request has been rejected you
will normally receive an explanation from a human being to tell you
the reason. In some cases you may be offered suggestions about
how you may modify your wording to make your application acceptable.
If you have paid for a premium listing and it
is rejected and you do not wish to modify your wording or you are
just not given the opportunity, your payment will be returned to
you in full within 28 days.
If your product or service is judged to
provide a poor service to people with a disability, even after your
inclusion on the directory, Disability Direct reserves the right to either
not include your listing or remove your listing from the directory.
If following inclusion your listing is removed within 28 days of
your application, then any payment you have made will be refunded to
you, less a £10 administration fee.
If you have requested a paper invoice, please be aware
that your payment needs to be received within the 28 day period following the
date printed on the invoice, otherwise your listing may be removed from the
directory.
Disability Direct (uhad2bthere) can accept no liability for
circumstances considered to be outside of its reasonable control.
And you understand and agree that in requesting that you be included
in the directory you are bound by these terms and conditions, both
in fact and in the spirit of this agreement and inclusion policy.
VAT on payments. At the moment we are
unable to provide invoices or payment options with separate VAT
amounts, the site does not generate sufficient revenues for it to be VAT
registered.
Payments can now only be accepted via PayPal and invoices
or receipts are no longer available through the post. When you make a
payment using PayPal you will be given the opportunity to print your receipt.
